Welcome! I’m glad you’re here!

I’m Sarah and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

Since 2008, I have been providing individual and group nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, and chronic dieting. I have worked at all levels of care (inpatient, residential, partial, intensive outpatient, and outpatient).

I also educate patients on the risks and benefits of GLP-1 medications and provide ongoing support for their proper use and management.

My goal is to support you so that you can fuel your body well, find some level of food freedom, and live a healthier and happier life. I see patients in-person and online.

Nutrition Counseling

In each nutrition counseling session, I’ll get to know you, work collaboratively with you to develop an individualized meal plan, provide nutrition education, and/or help challenge your food fears and weight hang-ups. If you’re stepping down from a higher level of care, we’ll pick up where you left off.

Metabolic Testing

The BodyGem indirect calorimeter is a device that accurately measures oxygen consumption to determine resting metabolic rate (RMR). Your RMR is the amount of calories (energy) your body uses each day without activity. RMR varies from person to person. Getting your RMR measured can provide important information to help you achieve your nutrition goals.
